PPA42 Challenge

Here is another birthday card!  I seem to be needing a lot of these lately.  I used the PPA42 challenge for the colors.  Check out their blog.  Lots of great inspiration and this week there is even blog candy!!
I took the picture outside on my deck, can you tell how sunny it is?  Finally the yucky weather is gone and the sun came out.  Enjoy the rest of your day!

what i used:
stamps:  crazy for cupcakes
paper:  whisper white, old olive, real red textured
ink:  brown stazon, tempting turquoise w/blender pen, real red w/blender pen
extras:  scallop edge punch, scallop circle punch, 1 3/8" circle punch, paper piercing tool, mat pack, button, dimensional
