Get Well Soon

This is the other card I made yesterday.  I wasn't sure what to do with the tree at first.  I stamped it using Perfect Plum on Very Vanilla card stock.  Then I was stumped.  I did not know what to do with it.  Then I remembered seeing a tutorial on Cracked Glass, that's when I knew I had to try it.  After 3 layers of the Glassy Glaze I popped it into the freezer for a few minutes then I "cracked" it.  So much fun!  I layered it onto Lavender Lace card stock.  The base of the card is Going Gray with Pink Pirouette cs, and a strip of Basic Gray from the Level 1 Hostess Patterns Pack Designer Series Paper.

Thoughts & Prayers

I just got this set and I LOVE IT!  I'm always in need of a card for someone who I am praying for.  This set can be used in so many ways.  I made two cards today and both were a lot of fun.  The first one I used:

MoJo74 Thinking of You

It's Monday again!  The weekend flies by when you're having fun.  The kids are off school this week so I don't know how much I'll get done but I always seem to find the time for some MoJo!  This weeks card is a soft color combo.  I wanted something soothing.  

I used: Very Vanilla for the base, Not Quite Navy cs, Blush Blossom, Very Vanilla again for the stamped image and the circle, and Bella Rose DSP, Always in my Thoughts stamp set, Stampin' Pastels with a Blender Pen then a few So Saffron Brads.  I finished it off with a touch of ribbon, So Saffron ribbon bundle from the SAB catalog.

Hello Monday MoJo!  This was one fun card to make.  I love the "Just Jawing" stamp set because it can be boy or girl, teen or adult, birthday or whatever! 

 I used:

Very Vanilla cs, Real Red cs, Basic Black cs, Pretty in Pink cs, Raspberry Tart DSP, Real Red ink, Basic Black ink, Versa Mark, Glassy Glaze Enamel, Glitter, Dimentionals.

Happy Birthday-CC204

This weeks color challenge over at Splitcoast was the brightly inspired combo of:  

Tempting Turquoise, Lovely Lilac, Gable Green, Pink Passion
